Check-in is from 14:00 hrs. Early check-in is subject to availability. If guests arrive before rooms are ready, they may relax in the lounge while rooms are being prepared.
Check-out is at 11:00 hrs. Late check-out may be arranged at an additional fee, subject to availability.
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure confirmed bookings. Guests may also pay in full before arrival.
The remaining balance is payable before or upon arrival.
All confirmed booking payments are non-refundable in the event of cancellation. Date changes may be considered subject to availability and management approval.
Accommodation is bed-only. Meals are available at US$15 per meal per person and should be arranged in advance where possible.
Self-catering facilities are available. Kitchen use is charged depending on the number of guests and should be confirmed during booking.
Payments may be made by cash, EcoCash, swipe, Paynow, or other approved methods.
Some payment methods may attract an additional 15.5% processing/statutory charge where applicable. Guests will be advised before payment is finalized.
