Availability and confirmation
Send your dates, guest count and room preference. A website or WhatsApp enquiry is not a confirmed reservation. Pillacol reservations confirms availability and gives you a written quote and payment instructions before your booking is secured.
Room and meal prices
Standard and Double rooms are US$70 per room per night, Triple US$100 and Quadruple US$120. Accommodation is bed only. Meals cost US$15 per meal per person. Self-catering kitchen use is charged according to the number of people and quoted separately. The advertised accommodation and meal prices include 15% VAT.
Payment charge and methods
A separate 15.5% charge applies to all payments, including cash and EcoCash. It is disclosed in your quote before payment. For example, a US$70 bed-only room night totals US$80.85 after the charge. For payments split between deposit and balance, the charge applies to each payment; it is not added twice to the entire booking.
Deposit and balance
Pay a 50% deposit after the agreed booking is confirmed by reservations. The remaining balance is due on arrival. Full payment in advance is also available. Use payment instructions obtained directly from reservations and retain your payment acknowledgement.
Cancellation
Once payment has been made, payments are non-refundable for cancellation. This applies to deposits and full payments. Read the quote and these conditions before paying. Contact reservations about any requested change; a change is not approved until confirmed in writing.
Arrival and opening hours
Check-in is 14:00 and check-out is 11:00. Sunday–Thursday hours are 06:00–22:00; Friday hours are 06:00–18:00. Saturdays are closed. Discuss Saturday-related or out-of-hours travel plans with reservations before making arrangements.
