A clear agreement for your stay.

This website helps you explore Pillacol Guest House and send requests for rooms, meals, conferences, groups and activities. A request does not reserve a room or confirm an activity. Availability, the room setup, services and the final price are confirmed by reservations in writing.

Accommodation rates are bed only. Meals and self-catering kitchen use are charged separately. Prices include 15% VAT, with a further 15.5% charge on all payments. Cash and EcoCash are accepted. A 50% deposit is due after the agreed booking is confirmed; the balance is due on arrival, or you may pay in full beforehand. Payments are non-refundable on cancellation. Check-in is 14:00 and check-out is 11:00. Opening hours are Sunday–Thursday 06:00–22:00 and Friday 06:00–18:00, with Saturdays closed. Ask reservations before planning arrival outside these times.

Activity requests are coordinated through Pillacol. Confirm dates, participants, operator requirements, pickup, price and the relevant activity conditions before paying. Third-party activity terms can differ from guest-house accommodation terms.
