When you submit an enquiry, we request your name, email, optional telephone number, dates, guest count, room preference and arrangements. These details help Pillacol reservations answer your question, check availability and prepare your stay plan. Avoid placing sensitive documents or payment credentials in the notes.

The request is stored in the site’s private reservations database. The system queues an acknowledgement to your supplied email and a notification to pillacolguesthousereservations@gmail.com. Authorised staff access enquiries through the protected administration area. Email delivery depends on the configured mail service.

Essential session cookies support form security, the private receipt and staff sign-in. Optional booking progress uses browser session storage for dates and choices, without saving your contact details there. No marketing trackers are installed by default. The WhatsApp composer prepares a message from your choices. Continuing also saves your enquiry for reservations and queues a staff notification. An email acknowledgement is queued if you provide an optional email address. The message opens in WhatsApp only when you continue; you decide whether to send it. WhatsApp applies its own privacy terms. External source links also take you to services with their own policies.
