Know the rates and extras

The website shows direct bed-only rates: Standard and Double US$70 per room per night, Triple US$100 and Quadruple US$120. Meals are US$15 per meal per person. Prices include 15% VAT; the separate 15.5% charge on payments is added and displayed clearly. No lowest-price guarantee is claimed.

Deposit, balance and payment

A 50% deposit secures the agreed booking after reservations confirms availability and supplies payment instructions, with the balance due on arrival. Full advance payment is also available. Cash and EcoCash are accepted; use the details supplied directly by reservations. Payments are not refundable if you cancel.

Confirm before travelling

Your request is the start of a conversation, not an automatic reservation. Ask about your room setup, opening hours, self-catering costs and activity arrangements before paying, then keep your written confirmation.
